When you come for your visit, you will begin at our user-friendly check-in kiosk. The kiosk will go through a series of questions and gather your driver’s license and insurance card data. Our staff will be notified of your arrival and your information will be processed in real-time. For all subsequent visits, you will check-in at the kiosk using only your driver’s license. Our system will recall your information and you will have the opportunity to make changes as needed.
The Clearwave kiosk has allowed many offices to reduce their waiting room times by more than half.
